DAN HILL
My passion for photography comes from the chances I get to be creative and put my own spin on the subject. I take pride in trying to tell a story in my work and see things differently.

The genre of photography I enjoy the most is sports photography as I have a massive passion for most sports. I particularly love boxing and football and am a lifelong fan of Everton Football Club.

Since I was a small child, I have always been interested in photography, but I took a more driven interest in it at the age of 14 when I was given my first point-and-shoot camera as a birthday gift. Since then, I have never looked back photographing anything and everything that interests me. To then going on to learn my craft in Southport College where i won the Royal Academy of Arts competition that was open nationaly for students. I finished southport college with a grade of D*D*D*. To where i am now where I’m proud to have graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2021 with a degree in Photojournalism and Documentary photography, which has enabled me to follow my dream and become the photographer I am today.
